Section A — Paid Users

"You" or "User" means any natural or legal person who agreed to become a buyer of services on the Platform by registering as a Paid User.

"Rian" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means Rikaian Technology Private Limited and its affiliates.

Eligibility & Authority

To use our services as a Paid User, you represent and warrant that you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Are able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law
Are not barred from purchasing or receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction
If entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms

Section B — Free Users

This section is applicable to free users only.

"Free Users" means users without a registered account who avail services at a pre-decided price.

We shall not take responsibility for any information or document uploaded, or any submissions made by free users on the platform.

If you do not agree to all usage terms set out herein, you must not use this website or application.

General Rules of Conduct

By using our services, you agree that your use will comply with these terms. You further agree that you will not:

Collect personally identifiable information about another User without their written consent
Promote illegal activity, child pornography, terrorism, spamming, or hacking
Infringe upon intellectual property rights or the privacy rights of any third party
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or Services
Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, or any other harmful or malicious code

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all amounts due at the time of placing your order. All amounts paid are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Rian shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

The use of, or inability to use, our Services
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
Any breach of conditions by a manufacturer or third-party service provider

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you to Rian in the three months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within a reasonable period, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
